For over 28 years, we have made it our mission to help non-profits and businesses achieve their missions. We were founded in a garage by a high school senior in 1996, and we’ve grown to become industry leaders in Managed Services and Cybersecurity.
We are a dedicated team of tech enthusiasts and problem solvers who care deeply about our clients and their impact on communities. This passion drives us to stay ahead of the curve—we embraced cloud solutions before they were cool and adopted cybersecurity into our services years ago. We have always provided our clients with a proactive approach to technology.

Leadership Team
Tom Gazzard
Tom is the CEO of UIS Technology Partners. He has spent his career at the intersection of technology and business, with extensive experience helping Fortune 50 companies undergo digital transformations. Tom is passionate about supporting nonprofits and SMBs in building strategic technology roadmaps to achieve their goals. He holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management and a BS from the University of Southern California.
Originally from Toronto, Tom now lives in San Francisco with his partner and cat. In his spare time, Tom is an avid guitarist, sci-fi/fantasy novel nerd, Toronto sports fan, and YMCA basketball star.
Anthony Swanson
Anthony Swanson is the CTO of UIS Technology Partners. He has nearly 20 years of MSP experience and brings extensive technology and engineering expertise to UIS. Before joining UIS, Anthony was a Senior Engineer at Apple and a technology leader in the MSP industry. Anthony is extremely mission-driven and passionate about serving nonprofit organizations. Anthony had 900+ volunteer hours in his senior year of high school!
Anthony lives in Minneapolis with his partner and two sets of identical twins. In his free time, he enjoys being a Dungeon Master for Dungeons & Dragons, playing strategy games, and is a passionate fan of Marvel movies and the Lord of the Rings.
